Privacy Policy

The Site is managed by PP «Nove Stolittia Plius», registered and operating under the laws of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) outlines the procedure for processing personal data by the Company, the purposes of using such personal data, the Company’s interaction with third parties, security measures to protect personal data, conditions for accessing personal data, and contact information for users to access, modify, block, or delete their personal data, and for any questions users may have regarding personal data protection.

Personal Data

The data controller of the Site’s users’ personal data is PP «Nove Stolittia Plius». When a user uses the Site, the Company processes the following user data:

The Company processes personal data provided by the Site user as the subject of personal data for the purpose of using the Site, which, according to the law, constitutes the user’s consent to the processing of personal data.

Personal data is stored for no longer than necessary according to the purpose of its processing.

Once the data subject ceases to be a user of the Site (account deletion), their personal data is automatically deleted.

User’s personal data can also be deleted at the request of the user.

The Company ensures the application of all relevant obligations regarding confidentiality, as well as technical and organizational security measures to prevent unauthorized or illegal disclosure or processing of such information and data, their accidental loss, destruction, or damage.

Conditions of Access to Personal Data

The procedure for accessing personal data is determined by the terms of the user’s consent provided to the data controller for processing these data or according to legal requirements.

Delays or refusals in accessing personal data can be appealed to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or the court.

Rights of the Data Subject

The rights of the user as a data subject are determined by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

To access, modify, update, block, or delete their personal data, or to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data provided by the user to the Company in accordance with this Policy, the user can contact the Company by email at info@cut-facade.com.ua.

Changes to the Policy

The Company reserves the right to change or supplement this Policy at any time without prior notice to the Users.
